DeBacco Nexus LLC is an independent verification and certification lab for AI agent governance. We built the first pre-inference compliance gate — a system that certifies whether an AI action is authorized before it reaches the user, then records what happened in a cryptographic receipt.
We are not auditors. We are not a regulatory commission. We are the forensic quality assurance layer that stamps CERTIFIED or NOT CERTIFIED at the point of inference. No AI company can be its own external auditor. Independence is the product.

Anthropic's Constitutional AI governs the model from inside. Governedware™ governs the output from outside. Internal controls without external audit is self-attestation. DeBacco Nexus provides the independent, third-party verification layer.

USPTO Application 19/571,156 — "System and Method for Reducing Computational Strain in Systems Utilizing Artificial Intelligence." Utility nonprovisional under 35 USC 111(a). Hardware-agnostic claims cover any ML inference system including photonic processors.
